I am very proud to introduce you to one another attracted beautiful site which I just visited recently, and I think it is a very great one that I have ever met so far. It’s called “Tumnup Romlich Lake”.
Tumnup Romlich Lake locates in Trapang Cheu Teal Village, Chreh Commune, Chum Kiri District, Kampot Province, southwestern of Cambodia, and it is about 100 kilometers from Phnom Penh City. Not many people know this very natural site.
For those who want to relax, enjoy the quiet natural environment, and build sweet memories with their families, fiancées or girl/boy friends, this place must be the good one. You can swim in the cold limpid water or you can fish or you can rent small boat with very cheap price.
To go there, you drive along the National Road 3, passing the border of Takeo and Kampot Provinces for about one kilometer and turn right on a small path for about 5 kilometers. There are few small homes along the path, but there are many plantation fields/lands surrounding by mountains.
As for my point of view, the people within the area are poor, and most of them are new comers who just left their homelands from another area in the province or other provinces and resettled there within the last few years. Most of the plantation fields don’t belong to the people in the area, but they belong to the rich and the powerful from the capital or provincial towns.
Once again, don’t forget to visit there, and if you want to know some more information about it, please feel free to contact me.
